It is a painstaking and laborious task to manually grind sandalwood paste in temples and there is a continuous and repetitive requirement of pure sandalwood paste, for religious rituals on a regular basis. Therefore, the innovator came up with the idea of the Sandalwood Paste making machine, which is an electrically operated motorised rotary grinder. The Sandalwood logs of small size are placed on the circular-shaped grinding stone. The motor rotates the grinding stone over the sandalwood log, and a small quantity of water gets added with the result that a smooth Sandalwood paste gets formed.
