Designation: Senior Research Associate/ Research Associate
NIF Incubation and Entrepreneurship Council (NIFientreC), a Technology Business Incubator of the National Innovation Foundation – India (NIF), invites applications from highly motivated professionals for the position of Senior Research Associates and Research Associates for Program Management, Technology Development, and Market Development functions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support our core purpose of incubation and commercialisation of grassroots innovations creating social impact and a successful business model
- Assist incubatees in technology/ market development, compliances & certifications, and documentation
- Provide active support in daily operations of incubator
Qualification:
- Bachelors in Technology / Engineering / Agriculture from premier institutions
- Masters in related field / MBA from premier institutions will be preferred
- One to three years of overall work experience in technology development / idea incubation / market development
- Prior experience of working in the manufacturing sector or supporting grassroots innovations, preferred
- Knowledge of startup lifecycle and startup ecosystem
- Strong Analytical thinking and verbal & written communication skills
