| Qualification criteria | Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture & allied sciences/ Engineering (with understanding of agriculture sector in India) with a post-graduation in M.B.A/ PGDM Agriculture – Agribusiness / Finance/ Entrepreneurship / Marketing/ Rural management from premier institutionsMinimum three years of overall work experience in a business development role working in agriculture and allied sectorsExperience in managing CSR initiative within corporate environment will also be consideredKnowledge of digital marketing and social media toolsKnowledge of startup lifecycle and startup ecosystemStrong Analytical thinking and verbal & written Communication skills |

Age: Not exceeding 40 years for the position of Managers and 35 years for the post of Associates. Tenure: All positions are contractual initially for two years.
