Job Summary & Responsibilities

  • Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

We are looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for NIF Incubation and Entrepreneurship Council (NIF-ientreC).

Expectation is to supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of the company. The mandate is to bring a proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success. A prudent manager and an inspiring leader, the ideal candidate will have a professional mind-set and will be able to see the “big picture” in a variety of settings.

As chief executive officer, the individual is believed to demonstrate critical competencies in four broad categories: Commitment to results, Business savvy, leading change, and motivating.

Major responsibilities include but not limited to –

  • Setting goals and driving the culture of business
  • Targets and initiates business partnerships with other organizations
  • Oversee employment and ensure there is adequate staff (and the right people)
  • Identifies risks and ensures appropriate strategies are in place
  • Ensure the correct practices are being met
  • Keeping the stakeholders informed about policy issues
  • Evaluating the success of the organization
  • Developing and implementing operational policies
  • Acting as the primary spokesperson for the organisation
  • Winning new mandates
  • Shaping market opportunities
  • Influencing senior stakeholders
  • As necessary, challenge current performance levels
  • Guiding companies through periods of growth and constant creation of value proposition
  • Solidifying position in the marketplace

Experience / Skills / Requirements:

  • Proven experience as CEO or in other managerial position (5+ years)
  • Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
  • Demonstrated experience developing top leaders in admired companies through assessment, development programs, coaching, or compelling experiences
  • Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
  • Must be a self-starter with excellent anticipation and prioritization skills
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
  • An entrepreneurial mind set with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Master’s degree in business administration or relevant field
  • Solid communications, public speaking and writing skills including the ability to take complex or ambiguous topics and create compelling narratives for the stakeholders
  • Ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
  • Proactive, team player with intellectual curiosity
  • Attention to detail – proven experience of delivering high levels of accuracy
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations illuminating key insights for the stakeholders
  • Manager – 2 positions

We are looking for an experienced Manager for NIF Incubation and Entrepreneurship Council (NIF-ientreC).

Expectation is to manage and report all strategic and business aspects of the company. The mandate is to implement strategic direction as well as implementing organizations’ vision for success. A prudent manager and a budding leader, the ideal candidate will have a professional mind-set and will be able to complement the “big picture” of the organization in a variety of settings.

As a manager, the individual is believed to demonstrate critical competencies in four broad categories: Commitment to results, Business savvy, Do what it takes approach orientation and a determination to preserve competitiveness of the organization in the related industries and with all stakeholders.

Major responsibilities include but not limited to –

  • Setting reasonably high goals and driving the achievement of these in a time bound manner
  • Initiates business partnerships with other organizations
  • Manage risks and ensures appropriate strategies are implemented without fail
  • Adherence to correct practices
  • Keeping the stakeholders informed about all issues
  • Driving the success of the organization
  • Developing and implementing operational policies

Experience / Skills / Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Manager or in other similar position (3+ years) with consistently excellent performance
  • Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
  • Contributing to human resources development of the organization by coaching the relatively junior members of the organization
  • Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
  • Must be a self-starter with excellent anticipation and prioritization skills
  • In-depth knowledge of general management best practices
  • An entrepreneurial mind set with outstanding organizational and leadership skills

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic professionals for NIF Incubation and Entrepreneurship Council (NIF-ientreC).

Expectation is to drive and execute all strategic and business aspects of the company. The mandate is to implement strategic direction as well as implementing organizations’ vision for success. A hard and smart working, proficient in approaches, a budding leader, the ideal candidate will have a professional mind-set and will be able to complement the “big picture” of the organization in a variety of settings.

As a Research Associate, the individual is believed to demonstrate critical competencies in four broad categories: Commitment to results, Business savvy, Ability to build strong business relationships with clients and service providers; and Willingness to learn every single day something new and extraordinary.

Major responsibilities include but not limited to –

  • Work towards achievement of high goals and driving achievement of these in a time bound manner
  • Manages business partnerships with other organizations
  • Identify risks and ensures appropriate strategies are implemented without fail to mitigate the impact
  • Adherence to correct practices
  • Keeping the stakeholders informed about all issues

Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate and at par with the Industry standards.

All positions are based out of  Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar, Gujarat
