| Roles and Responsibilities | Plan & execute promotion & outreach activities creating business opportunities for incubated innovations and startupsFoster relationship with industry stakeholders enhancing support system for incubateesGuide and assist incubatees in business development, marketing activities, and fund raisingMaking business plans for small scale innovators, grassroots entrepreneurs, tech students, and other incubateesAssist incubatees in compliances & certifications and fund-raisingProvide active support in daily operations of incubator |
| Qualification criteria | Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture & allied sciences/ Engineering (with understanding of agriculture sector in India) with a post-graduation in M.B.A/ PGDM Agriculture – Agribusiness / Finance/ Entrepreneurship / Marketing/ Rural management from premier institutionsMinimum three years of overall work experience in a business development role working in agriculture and allied sectorsKnowledge of digital marketing and social media toolsKnowledge of startup lifecycle and startup ecosystemStrong Analytical thinking and verbal & written Communication skills |

| Roles and Responsibilities | Provide active support in daily operations of incubatorAssist incubatees in product design / market research / financial & statutory compliances / business developmentPrepare technical documents and business plan for the incubated innovationResolve queries or concerns of incubatees related to compliances & certifications, marketing campaigns, and fund-raising |
| Qualification criteria | Bachelors in Technology / Engineering / Agriculture / Veterinary from premier institutions. Masters in related field / MBA / CA from premier institutions will be preferredPrior experience in startup incubation or managing a start-up or technology research & commercialisationKnowledge of startup lifecycle and startup ecosystemStrong Analytical thinking and verbal & written Communication skills |
Age: Not exceeding 40 years for the position of Managers and 35 years for the post of Research Associates.
Tenure: All positions are contractual initially for two years.
